1Spirit™ makes it simple to produce multiple spirit styles from one bottle in seconds. Anyone over 18 in the UK can do it! (or age restrictions for your region)
1Spirit™ can create many spirit styles using our unique Barrel DNA Extracts™. Each bottle is supplied with 28 DNA extracts allowing 28 drinks to be created from each bottle. The DNA extracts included are seven London Gin, seven Single Malt, seven White Rum and seven American Bourbon styles. Once activated creates 28 x 25ml shots of 40% abv spirits which amaze and delight every time.
1Spirit™ is totally unique and the first product of its kind anywhere which reverses the spirit process- we call this “Deconstructive Ethanology”.

1. Pour 25ml 1Spirit™
Use measuring cup to pour a single shot (25ml) of 1Spirit™ (40% ABV) from the bottle and then pour into a glass.
2. Select SPIRIT STYLE
Open resealable Barrel DNA™ Tin containing 28 barrel DNA extract bullets and choose from a selection of Premium Single malt, London Gin, White Rum, and American Bourbon Spirit Styles.
3. Combine & CREATE
Pop open your chosen bullet and pour into the centre of your glass containing your 25ml 1Spirit™ . Gently swirl for 3 seconds to mix DNA extract and activate!.

It sounds crazy but now everyone can be a distiller, and that’s exactly what 1Spirit™ is designed to do.
Explaining this concept to people the first time around is normally met with confusion. When they try 1Spirit™ the penny drops and a whole new world of possibilities open up.

1Spirit™ started its journey back in 2009, when the UK distillation law changed and allowed smaller batches of spirits to be distilled, allowing a whole new industry of micro distilleries to flourish. Mark Stone, the man behind 1Spirit™, whilst working in the industry during this time had a thought as he saw Gin being distilled from spice extracts and other botanicals. Could this be made in reverse allowing all Spirit from one Bottle?. The concept of 1Spirit™ was very naively born. After working on a London gin for a number of years and with a lot of expert help a great tasting London Gin was made. This was going to be easy. Oh no as to make all the other spirits in this way was impossible and a dead end was reached. How could Whiskeys, Rums and all other spirits be created naturally when all these are distilled in the barrel?. Mark needed a lot of help from spirit experts, beverage businesses & universities. Initially most were unconvinced and many doors closed but with persistence a few crazy business’s and researches agreed to support this madness. Without going into the trade secrets of how our Barrel DNA™ are created. After much analysis and natural extraction some very interesting spirits to say the least were created. After more and more analysis, refining in techniques these clever guys created a white rum naturally that is exactly the same it taste and origin into a concentrated barrel DNA Extract™ that could be turned into 40% White rum Style Spirit via the 1Spirit™ process, amazing!. Eventually a few ground-breaking micro distilleries and some beverage experts started to overcome the challenges of all the other Spirits. Recreating each different spirit raised its own unique challenges, some of which would take years to overcome. When the American Bourbon and the Single Malt Whiskey Style was Nailed extensive Trailing in the UK was carried out to see if these product was really as good as we thought. After blind tasting against major spirits brands and getting very good result back from the public the idea needed to be launched commercially but we needed a name. After some terrible suggestions and weeks of brainstorming by us. One of our Mums was listening as we explained the concept for the 100th time in a presentation said afterwards “This 1Spirit thingy is quite interesting I do love a Gin”. We all looked at each other and said “1Spirit” that will do genius, Thanks Mum!.
With a simple name in mind the Logo was needed next. This was achieved by Karen at Rowan Creations, a brilliant logo with the number 1 and a spectrum of different coloured bottle from the spectrum of a rainbow. The Tag line “One source into the Many” was created and the line which is on the front of our bottle “From white light all colours are created”.
We had the bottle and product now and needed to find some Bristol and south west Micro distilleries who could bottle our product. Luckily for us the fantastically talented guys agreed to produce our bottle on Small batch. The Journey which has involved many different countries and people in collaboration to launch 1Spirit™ on the british public for 2019. This really is an internationally inspired but british produced novel Spirit drink that we are very proud of. So with a listing in a high end London retailer coming very soon and 1Spirit available in Premium Clubs and Bars the secret is out.
With a further 20 Barrel DNA Extracts to be released in 2020 we are really excited where this is going to take us in the directions of Gins, Rums, World Whiskeys,
